Refund & Return Policy

At Zhi’s Designs, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
Please note that items purchased during sales or discounts may not be eligible for return unless damaged.
